  • The issuance of a new name change certificate or new incorporation of the company is only made available by the Registrar of Companies once they are fully satisfied with your application.
  • After getting the certificate from the Registrar of Companies you have to keep in mind about changing the old name of your company to a new one in Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
