Cancellation and Refund Policy aims to provide you a high quality information regarding company law and other laws in India and rules made thereunder along with the amendments made from time to time. If you are reading this policy, we assume that you have already read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and you are aware of your rights and obligations as a user, with respect to any service and product we provide to you.

We will always strive to provide you quality services and products which are to your full satisfaction and at reasonable rates. However, circumstances arise when you desire cancellation and refund. But cancellation of order cannot be done if payment is made. Refund will be initiated only in case of cancellation or non-performance of services by

But there are certain others situations in which cancellation of service or refund may be initiated but in that case refund will only be initiated when the deficiency with the service are visible, and clear and which shall be subjected on the following situations:

i) Refund request shall not be initiated in case you have paid for the service and afterwards you change your mind and decide not to avail the service anymore but in case you have not availed any part of the service and request the cancellation and refund, that request will be considered by the management and will totally depend upon their discretion.

ii) If due to any reason (Except any act of god like earthquake, tsunamis, flood, fire etc.) delay occurred on our part to provide you services on time for which we are solely responsible, then you shall be entitled to a refund.

iii) In case you found our service unsatisfactory and request the cancellation and refund, that request will also be considered by the senior management and it will decide whether to initiate the cancellation and refund.

iv) Request shall be raised within 30 (thirty) days after the purchase of product or service, if it made after the 30 days then such request shall be deemed invalid and shall not be considered.

If the request of the refund has been accepted by the management of, such refund shall be initiated to your credit card (or original method of payment) and the same will be intimated to you through mail. It will take minimum 15 (fifteen) business days to process and to reflect in your bank account. Also the delivery fee and other charges to provide the service will be borne by the user and such costs are non-refundable.

Other Matters:

  • In case an order for availing a particular service is placed with us, and the work has already been initiated which also includes the payment to be made with the Registrar of Companies or any other Government Office before the cancellation request is made by you, then in such a case cancellation shall not be possible.
  • For e.g. If name approval request has already been made with the respective authority then in such a case no cancellation request shall be entertained.

  • In case of change in mind of the service seeker after placing the service, if not done within a reasonable time frame then in such a case the same shall not be cancelled.
  • For e.g. If a name suggested by you has been applied with the Registrar of Companies for obtaining its approval and later a request is received to change the name already suggested by you, then in such a case no cancellation request shall be entertained.
